ABouT was founded by three friends with a shared passion for entertainment—and the belief that we could build something of our own.

Before starting ABouT, we spent years working together at one of the UK’s largest online entertainment retailers. Between us, we bring more than 30 years of experience across e-commerce, sourcing, technology, data, pricing and marketplace growth.

During that time, we developed new ideas, improved systems and helped build better ways of working. Eventually, we realised that the same experience and ambition we had used to grow somebody else’s business could become the foundation for our own.

Today, we’re using that experience to create an entertainment retailer centred on exciting products, dependable value and a customer experience people can trust. From merch and games to physical media, collectables and unexpected finds, we want to make it easier to discover more of what you love.
